Recent domestic legislation reforms on immigration law in Greece have given rise to new investment perspectives.

In particular, under Article 20 of the Greek Code on Immigration and Social Integration and other relevant provisions (Law number 4251/2014), the Greek authorities grant a renewable residence permit lasting five years, to any national coming from a third state and his family if the latter has obtained full ownership, possession and peaceful enjoyment of real estate of minimum value of 250.000,00 Euros in Greece.
