Mr Stratis Nikolakeas founded the office in 2003. He is a member of Athens Bar Association. He is a graduate of the prestigious Faculty of Law at the University of Athens, Greece and completed his postgraduate studies in Law (LL.M.) at the University of Bristol, England. He pracitces civil law, commercial law, town planning law and criminal law and is highly experienced in real estate and property law, insolvency law of individuals, judicial regulation and “haircut” of bank debts , judicial collection of debts.
Orestis Mavreas is a Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association. He has been working at Nikolakeas & Associates since 2012 specializing in Civil and Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Banking Law, Bankruptcy Law, Debt settlement and Foreclosure.
His research interests relate to Bankruptcy Law, in which he has a wealth of litigation experience.
A graduate of the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace, he holds a Master's Degree in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol.
He has an excellent knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French.
Angeliki Antonopoulou is a lawyer at the Supreme Court of Athens and a member of the Athens Bar Association.
A highly experienced lawyer with over twenty-eight years in the field, she is able to provide clients with specialist knowledge in trial and advisory law with a particular focus on Civil, Criminal and Commercial law.
She is a graduate of the School of Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She has an excellent working knowledge of the English Language.
Maria Nikita is a member of the Athens Bar Association. She practices general law specializing in Civil and Commercial law.
She is a graduate of the Law School at the Sorbonne University - Paris 13, obtaining a master's degree in Commercial and Banking Law.
She has excellent working knowledge of English and French.
Evangelia Belefa is a member of the Athens Bar Association.
She practices Civil and Commercial Law and is specialized in Enforcement Law and Debt Settlement.

Despoina Theodorou is a member of Athens Bar Association. She is a practicing lawyer specialized in Banking and Bankruptcy Law, Debt Regulation and Consumer Protection Law.
Graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Athens with a 2:1, she then pursued a postgraduate degree in Civil Law and Contemporary Financial Transactions at the same university, successfully completing her studies with a first class Honours.

Barbara Panagopoulou is a member of the Athens Bar Association. A practising lawyer, she specializes in Civil and Commercial Law, Debt Regulation and Out of Court Settlements and Enforcement.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Athens (2:1). She holds certificates from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in General Data Protection Regulation and Maritime Law in Practice.

Mr John Papargyriou is a member of the Athens Bar Association. He is specialized in Civil and Commercial Law and is highly experienced in Competition Law and State Aid, Debt Regulation and Law Enforcement.
He has extensive experience in cases of Extrajudicial Debt Settlement, Debt Regulation via Direct Negotiation with Banks and Debt Management Companies, Collection of Bad Debt, Law Enforcement, Protection of Primary Residence and Vulnerable Debtors. Furthermore, he is a qualified mediator accredited by the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights.
He has served as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Education as well as to legal entities of the State and Government.
He holds an undergraduate degree from the Law School of Athens (2:1) and postgraduate degrees in: Business for Lawyers from ALBA Graduate Business School at the American College of Greece and also European Studies from the Department of International and European Studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He is fluent in English and has a good working knowledge of German and Spanish.
